1. To relaunch the newly refurbished SuperValu Blackrock store demonstrating ‘Best in Class’ retailing and Good Food Karma
  2. To create a winter wonderland instore that was engaging and magical for guests and media
  3. To create a platform for the Food Academy teams to present their home grown products
  4. To create content to spark conversation about the store both on-line and off-line
  5. Liaise in with SV Food Ambassador Kevin Dundon and create sampling strategy and program


  1. Manage the event end to end, including Third parties, SV contractors, and SV store management
  2. Create, design, build and install bespoke units to use as part of demonstration
  3. Create and provide all designs, templates and layouts of the floor plan, signage and stall designs
  4. Create a magical wonderland effect, while highlighting the stores new layout and attributes
  5. Engage from the start in a highly collaborative approach with SuperValu, PR agency and contractors to ensure unified planning and top class event execution


  • Over 180 media and VIP guests were entertained, sampled and educated around SuperValu products, including 180 thank you packs handed out to guests
  • Successful build of eight bespoke ‘market stalls’ representing the Good Food Karma campaign
  • Successful integration and demonstrations by Kevin Dundon
  • Successful demonstrations of SuperValu ‘Hero’ products and Food Academy products
