Create, manage, coordinate and produce a conference with a difference. Ulster Bank’s strategy and agenda was focused and fresh which needed to be reflected throughout all aspects of the conference. Technology, Stage Design, AV Production and Staff Recognition/Engagement were key considerations.


  1. Full ownership of the event at the Aviva Stadium from its inception to implementation – The Conference (Day event) and Staff Recognition Awards (evening event)
  2. Complete end to end management of the event, including Venue Management, Third Party Management, Health & Safety, RSVP Management, Guest Speaker Management, Catering, Venue Dressing and Entertainment
  3. Design, create, produce and manage a bespoke stage build
  4. Offer insights into the latest conference trends including; ground breaking technology, and implementing same
  5. Advise on branding elements most suited to the venue to gain maximum impact, and design/produce same
  6. Create and produce the Staff Recognition Awards – Venue dressing, Catering, AV Production, Branding, Stage Design, Prizes, Entertainment and Running Orders
  7. Manage and coordinate all third parties onsite including; Venue, AV, Audio, Technology, Guest Speakers


  • An extremely successful event with 160 Ulster Bank staff leaving the conference feeling focused, energised and determined for the year ahead
  • Key results from the post conference staff survey included; 75% staff stated the conference as being ‘excellent’ with no suggested changes, while 25% deems the event as ‘very good’ with suggested minor improvements. Some staff even asked for another team event to be planned again soon!
  • Introduced a new technology software, which provided senior management with key takeaways including; Word Cloud Mosaics, Staff Pledges and feedback, Interactive Voting results.
  • All of the objectives and goals set by Ulster Bank achieved.
