In conjunction with Fleishman Hillard, TITAN, was appointed as the event agency to plan and execute the PR launch of Centra’s new brand position, Live Every Day


Challenges

  1. To create an event that reflects on Centra’s new brand position and encourages people to live in the moment and make the most of every day.
  2. Recruit corporate companies in the Herbert Park area to attend the event
  3. Build an event that all participants felt they were part of something safe, enjoyable and well organised
  4. Create initiatives so attendees could share their experiences of being at the event on social media and drive talkability for the brand
  5. Design bespoke areas for Centra ambassadors Henry Shefflin, Pat Divilly & Sarah Keogh
  6. Shape an event that catered for all ages and lifestyles, from young kids to working professionals

Responsibilities

  1. To manage the event end to end and deliver a bespoke experience for Centra and the public
  2. To liaise with Centra PR team to ensure the event is executed and reflects messages being communicated to the media
  3. To liaise with Dublin City Council Parks to gain permission and permits for the event to go ahead in Herbert Park
  4. To liaise & manage zip-line contractor
  5. To source & manage all marquee, branding, props, AV contractors
  6. To source & manage a tech specialists that could create platforms for branded images and videos to be shared instantly on social media channels by attendees
  7. To select a promotional team that would help us deliver a high return in consumer engagements
  8. To manage and store food correctly supplied to TITAN by Centra

THE RESULTS

  • Over 3,000 attendees, exceeding the target by 500%
  • Over 20,000 exposed to branded snaps and images on Facebook
  • 266 emails captured from attendees
